Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is hectic and appointments need to be rescheduled from time to time, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice so we can offer your appointment to another client and notify our Lash Artist in advance since they will be travelling to you. Failure to keep a booked appointment or cancellation of the appointment without required notice will result in a fee of the full payment of your scheduled appointments rate.

Please be advised that Lashes Eye Love reserves the right to cancel any pre-paid voucher or gift certificate if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Every effort will be made to re-book you (if given more than 24 hours notice) however there is no guarantee that an appointment will be available at any specific time or date. Should you be predisposed at time of your appointment we will work until your allocated time has finished. Thank you for caring and we appreciate it greatly!

Cancellation Policy

Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to open up the spot for someone on our wait list. If you cannot provide 24 hour reschedule or cancellation notice, you will be charged the full rate of your service.

No Shows

If you fail to provide advance notification for your missed appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
